WARRANTY & REFUND POLICY

At LIKE, we always attach importance to after-sales customer support, helping customers use the website effectively, and helping customers fix errors that arise during the use of the website.

1. Warranty Policy

1.1 Warranty Policy to Domain and Hosting Services

Warranty period: Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

LIKE will support domain, hosting related issues during using as well as answer customer questions.

 

1.2 Warranty Policy to Online Marketing and Website Management Services

Our Online Marketing Services comprise of Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Contents Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing and Paid Advertising.

The following sets forth LIKE’s Acceptable Use Policy.

1.2.1 Retention Guarantee

  1. Social Media Marketing: We offer a warranty or refill guarantee for any purchased services for 90 days from payment date. If a customer purchase any Services and then likes, subscribers, followers, views, members or comments, LIKE may be able to refill this at no cost at our sole discretion.
  2. Other Online Marketing and Website Management Services: After the contract is accepted, LIKE provides a warranty period within 30 days to the acceptance results maintaining at 80% (estimated at 20% risk when Google updates the algorithm) out of KPI to rankings, SERPs (Search Engine Results Page) or backlinks.

LIKE’s Retention Guarantee is VOID if:

  1. The customer makes their Link to private, restricted or otherwise inaccessible (e.g. changing the customer’s username) during and/or after a campaign.
  2. If a customer blocks, deletes, bans and/or removes the likes, subscribers, followers, views, members or comments that they received from LIKE.
  3. The customer ordered from a different company, person, or service at any time.
  4. The customer’s account had experienced a reduction in likes, subscribers, followers, views, members or comments before purchasing from LIKE or those acquired via different means.

1.2.2 Third-Party Promotion Campaigns

You should not run other promotion campaigns while your campaign is running by LIKE. We use public statistics to measure the results of our campaign, which other campaigns may interfere with. If you do run other promotion campaigns simultaneously with LIKE’s promotion campaigns, then you agree that ALL contents, rankings, followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, and so on that you gain during the duration done by LIKE’s promotion campaigns.

1.2.3 Campaign Duration

We cannot and do not make any guarantees about how long your order will take to successfully complete. The time frames mentioned on the Website, by our support employees in emails or any other correspondence is not a guarantee of how long it will take the promotion campaigns to successfully complete. Any estimate provided by the Website regarding how long a promotion campaigns may take to successfully complete is simply a guideline designed to help our customers plan ahead.

1.2.4 Pausing Campaigns

By purchasing the Services, you agree that LIKE reserves the right to pause your campaign for some reasons. It is always our goal to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible; however, there may be certain circumstances such as a page didn’t seem public or the link may only be shared with a small group of people or an upgrade performed to a Social Network that may make pausing your campaign necessary. Pausing a campaign does not make you eligible for any partial or full refunds.

1.2.5 Link Modification

You should not change, modify and/or remove your website, account, username, post, video, track, album, and so on (referred as Link) while your order is running. Doing so may make your Link inaccessible and cause an interruption of our service. You agree that any changes, modifications and/or removal of your Link without prior notice and approval from LIKE, will make your affected order(s) subject to terminations and ineligible for any type of refund.

1.2.6 Over-Delivery of Service

LIKE may over-deliver the Services it guarantees, including but not limited to delivering extra rankings, likes, subscribers, followers, views, members or comments more than ordered. This over-delivery amount (Extras) should be considered a buffer, in the event of a small loss of performances. Extras are not covered by the Retention Guarantee and Extras are not eligible for refills in case of a loss that is equal to or less than the over-delivery amount.

 

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation

LIKE follows a transparent and no fuss cancellation policy. Here are the terms of the cancellation policy:

  1. You can request a cancellation if your order has not been started after 7 calendar days from the payment date.
  2. Cancellation requests will be considered only when the order unable to be completed and can not be delivered.
  3. If you want to cancel an order that has already begun, we will deduct proportionally and refund you accordingly.
  4. All cancellation requests should be sent to our Support Department.
  5. The cancellation request will be processed and confirmed by our respective department within 24 hours.
  6. LIKE will not be held responsible for any third party services such as web development, content writing etc.

2.2 Refund

Our main goal is always to keep you completely happy from beginning to end. Any problems that lead to the service being unable to continue will be discussed by LIKE with customers to come up with the most optimal policy for both parties. However, LIKE is always committed to the quality of service to protect the highest interests of customers.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. We will make refunds of the Customer Payment, deducted transaction fees, to Customer using the same payment methods that Customer used to make the Payment to us.

We will refund Customers for the following reasons: 

  1. Order was cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Article specified above.
  2. Service can not be performed.
  3. Service can not be delivered within the time specified in each package.
  4. Customer placed a duplicate order in error.

If you are not satisfied with an incomplete portion of the service, you can get a proportional refund for the remaining service.

If your order has been completed partially and can be delivered we will provide a partial refund respectively with the completion.

In the event that incorrect information was provided by you, we will not refund any amount in the case that your project has started and/or has been completed.

 

3. LIKE reserves the right to stop providing the service without warranty, refunding any costs in the following cases:

3.1 Customers use the services for any purpose, form that violates laws.

3.2 Customer submits, links or transmits data that is illegal, threatening, deceptive, hateful, misrepresentation, defamatory, obscene, offensive or otherwise illegal laws prohibits otherwise in any way.

3.3 Customer stores, transmits any data that constitutes or encourages criminal forms; or data that infringes any patent, trademark, design right, copyright or any other intellectual property right or rights of any person.

3.4 Customers use the website to destroy another website.

3.5 Customers use programs that have the potential to clog or stall the system, such as exhausting system resources, and overloading the processor and memory.

3.6 Customers use their website or account to illegally infiltrate other websites or influence other LIKE customers.
